Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped.
You can copy and paste your tracking number into Google.com, and the search engine will find the webpage for your tracking number; the webpage will have the tracking details.
Boards on Nord currently offers free shipping for all domestic orders over $10.
Free Shipping is either by UPS Ground for items over 1 pound and takes 5-7 business days. Free shipping on items under 1 pound are sent via USPS 1st Class mail or USPS Priority mail.
Domestic Shipping Policy.
Based upon product availability, orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Any order received after noon EST will be shipped out the next day. Weekends do not count. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.
Our Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days to the east coast, 4-5 business days to the Midwest and 1-3 days on the West Coast.
Priority Mail Shipping time is 3 business days to the east coast, 2-3 business days to the Mid West, and 1-2 days on the West Coast.
Express Mail Shipping is 1-2 Business days to the East Coast, 1-2 business days the Mid West and 1 day to the West Coast.

Boards on Nord does not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship to address for Ground Shipping via Fedex.
HAWAII/ALASKA/Puerto Rico/APO and FPO: Please note FREE shipping does not apply to your area, sorry. We use to have free shipping to your area, but the shipping time was taking too long (3-8 weeks). You will need to pay for the Priority Mail shipping option.
Canada Shipping Information.
Shipping to Canada is via UPS Ground (CANADA) option. Shipping takes around 7-10 days. Please note shipping is NOT Free to Canada.
All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Boards on Nord does not cover these additional charges by your customs department.
International Shipping Policy.
PLEASE NOTE FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!!!
All international orders will be shipped USPS 1st Class International (Australia Excluded), USPS Priority Mail International or Australia International.
Shipping takes around 10-14 days for 1st class or Priority International orders.
Shipping takes around 5-7 days for Australia International Australia.
*In some countries (especially Brazil), customs can be unpredictable. Some packages will take longer than 14-16 business days to arrive.
***AUSTRALIA- PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING IS VIA PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL, or FEDEX INTERNATIONAL (43" AND UP PACKAGES). If your item is 42" or shorter you can use priority mail international. If your item is 43" or longer you must select Australia International, if you don't your item will be delayed until we get further payment for your item.
Prices vary on size and weight of the item. Please put your item in the shopping cart, select your country and 1st class mail international or priority mail international to get the price of shipping.
All orders received after noon on any week day will be shipped out the next day. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday.

If you refuse the package, then customs will either destroy it or send it back to us; we don't have any control over this. If the package is destroyed, you will not be entitled to a refund. If the package is sent back to us, we will only refund you for the product cost. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
