EAST COAST/MIDWEST Orders placed by Thursday December 17th will be deliverd before Christmas with FREE ground shipping as long as the item is in stock. You can call us at 530-899-1455 to make sure the item is in stock.

****EAST COAST/MIDWEST:PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING,Orders placed by 12-MIDNIGHT on Sunday, December 20th can be delivered by Christmas with the priority mail shipping if the item is in stock, please call to check stock status.

WESTERN UNITED STATES Orders placed by Monday, December 21st will be deliverd by Christmas with FREE ground shipping as long as the item is in stock.

CALIFORNIA Orders placed by 12 noon on Tuesday, December 22nd wil be delivered by Christmas with FREE ground shipping as long as the item is in stock. You can call to make sure the item is in stock.

Order Tracking.

Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped.

Domestic Shipping Policy.

Based upon product availability, orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express. Any order received after noon ET will be shipped out the next day. Weekends do not count. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.

Our normal shipping time is 5-7 business days to the east coast and 1-3 day in California. Call 530-899-1455 to check on shipping time for your area.

Boards on Nord does not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship to address for Ground Shipping via Fedex.

Shipping Costs.

Boards on Nord currently offers free shipping for all domestic orders over $75.

Free Shipping is either by Fedex Ground for items over 1 pound and takes 5-7 business days. Free shipping on items under 1 pound are sent via USPS 1st Class mail or USPS Priority mail.

International Shipping Policy.

All international orders will be shipped USPS 1st Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. Only Priority Mail International packages are shipped fully insured and guaranteed for delivery with tracking information available. All orders received after noon on any week day will be shipped out the next day. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Boards on Nord does not cover these additional charges by your customs dept.
