Keep in mind that a softer flex pattern will give you more control and tighter turns at a wide range of speeds, but tend to lose stability slightly at higher speeds. The Flex Chart below is for the Randal R-II 150s, the Paris trucks stiffen up the boards by about 1 flex. (IE: Flex 4 with Paris = Flex 3 with Randals) Flex 1: 35” 170-250+ lbs. Flex 2: 35” 140-220+ lbs. Flex 3: 35” 110-190+ lbs. Flex 4: 35” 80-160+ lbs.
