We now specialize in the skateboard industry. We are dedicated to our customers and their needs. Boards on Nord ships all over the world. We take phone orders or online orders. Shipping Information:
Orders usually ship out within 2-3 Business days. Please keep in mind that some products go out of stock before we can update them on our webpage. If your item becomes out of stock we will contact you letting you know when the item will be coming back instock or allow you to exchange it for another item or refund.
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellation:
We do allow returns for exchange or refund however the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover shipping fees to ship new items out to you. Cancellation of orders can be done by phone. If the item has already shipped out when you cancel the order we cannot refund you for the shipping fees.
