Almost all orders placed by 10:00 AM EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. All other orders ship within one business day. For example, if you place an order Friday night, it will ship out on Monday; if you place an order late Wednesday, it will ship out on Thursday.
Once your order ships out, we will e-mail you the tracking number. If you did not receive the order confirmation or the e-mail for your tracking number, please e-mail us about it.
What is a business day? A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc.). Five business days is equivalent to one week.
Please keep in mind that some products go out of stock before we can update them on our webpage. If your item becomes out of stock, we will contact you by letting you know when the item will be back in stock. You can always wait for the items to come back in stock, exchange it for another item similar in price, or get a refund on it.
How to make changes to your order:
Contact us by e-mail or by phone. During business hours, it is best to contact us by phone. After business hours, it is best to contact us by e-mail.
We ship orders out very quickly. Please contact us before your order ships out. We can only make changes to the order if it has not shipped out.
Please provide us with the last five digits of the order number, the last name of the person on the order, or the zip code for billing or shipping address.
Please specify the changes you'd like to make to the order (e.g. item modification, adding an item, billing address, shipping information, etc.).
If we need to contact you back with any questions regarding the changes, please provide us with your best contact information.
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellation:
*There is minimum charge of $5 for all cancellations. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We've instituted this policy because of the percentages we are charged by the card companies.
*We do allow returns for exchange or refund, however, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We will cover shipping fees to ship new items out to you. We don't accept returns on used products because we only sale new products. Even if the board has been ridden just one time, you can't return it; no exceptions!
*Cancellation of orders can be done by phone or e-mail; we prefer by phone. We charge a $10 restocking fee on all cancelled orders regardless of size. If the item has already shipped out when you cancel the order, we cannot refund you for the shipping cost.
*Please take into consideration that skateboards often times will have scratches on the graphics. If your board is scratched upon receiving, we will send a replacement to you but you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the board to us and also for us to ship a replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS! Sorry, but skateboards get scratched when you ship them across the country.
*Please note that any order that uses American Express as the payment type will be charged a 3% fee if the customer decides to cancel the order, or decides to do a refund for a return. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and is due to American Express changing their merchant policies.
*Refund takes about 2 to 3 business days for it to transfer into your account; sometimes sooner, it just depends on the banks involved.
All products are warranted by the manufacturer; most warranties last up to one year. Each manufacturer has its own policy. If you are uncertain about getting your product warrantied, please e-mail us.
Products are covered by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects only. This does not include wear and tear damage. Impact damage and crash damage are not covered as well; e.g. board being ran over by a car, or board slamming into a sidewalk or wall.
Bottom line - misuse, abuse, getting hit or ran over by a vehicle, impact damage, jumping on it, leaving it in the rain, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
For information or questions about warranties, please e-mail us. You will need to supply us with your order number, or something to look up the order by (last name, zip code, etc.). Please provide a description of what happened to the product, and multiple pictures of the damage or defect.
